…..Where Are You Going?

Such a simple question for an answer that is deep and complex. If you’d asked me that question last year I would have said, “I’m moving forward. I’m making progress in my endeavors and I am spending my time and energy wisely.” Very articulate statement and optimistic answer. Seems to be a straightforward and simple answer, but nothing could be further from the complexity of truth.

If you’d asked me the same question three months ago, I would have paused in my response, turning my thoughts to what I had perceived as growth and progress as I weighed and measured the validity of those statements…
